About me:

I have always worked out by taking aerobic and weight classes at the local gym, but they can get very boring. I took my first Zumba Class in March of 2009, hated the first 2 classes (didn’t think it was much of a workout since I didn’t know any of the moves, spent most of my time watching and falling behind), but after my 3rd class (had a great workout, moves were easy to follow) I was hooked. I absolutely love to dance so it doesn’t feel like you’re working out, it’s FUN and a 1 hour class flies by! You can burn 500 to 1000 calories in 1 hour while getting cardio and toning – arms, abs, booty and legs so you will notice your clothes fit better after just a few weeks!

Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they’re at it?
